TRADE FAIR FOR CLIMATE CONSEQUENCES, NATURAL HAZARDS, INFRASTRUCTURE AND TOURISM
A range of new symptoms, caused by climate change in the Alpine region, have shown how important the exchange between research and practice is. Whether flood protection measures at Austria`s flowing waters or the protection against landslides, falling rocks and avalanches - the aim of the acqua alta alpina 2012 in Salzburg is to show that by using sustainable action and innovative technology, solutions can be developed and offered, which concern all areas of the alpine life .
